Monday: 11.30 - 12.15 - Upper body strength followed by a crossfit wod.
Monday: 18.30-19.30 - Leg workout followed by a crossfit workout.
Tuesday: 11.30.12.15 - Crossfitwod
Tuesday: 18.00-19.00 - Crossfit session with a focus on technique.
Wednesday: 18.30-19.30 - Crossfitwod with focus on gymnastics.
Thursday: 11.30-12.15 - Leg workout followed by a crossfit workout.
Thursday: 18.00-19.00 - Crossfitwod with lighter elements, but high-intensity session.
Friday: 11.30-12.15 - Team session - crossfitwod.
Saturday: 09.30-10.30 - Team workout - crossfit workout
